Who is considered a vendor? 
Anyone providing a product or service to make your event possible. This includes, but is not limited to caterers, bartenders, rental companies, florists, venues, photographers, and staffing agencies.

Do I have to work with specific vendors? 
No, we do not currently require clients to work with specific vendors. We are glad to recommend some of our favorites though!

Do your prices include the cost of event staff?
No, our prices include the cost of Dashing Fox Events event planners and designers only. However, we are more than happy to coordinate and manage additional event staff as needed.

What is the difference between an event planner and an event designer? 
An event planner is a logistical mastermind. They coordinate and manage necessary vendors, write schedules and programs, coordinate and manage event staff, manage your budget, and keep everything moving as planned.

An event designer thrives on design and decor, and can completely transform a space. Their efforts are dedicated to theme creation, color selection, furniture and decor selection and staging, experiential design, lighting, and custom design features.

Why should I hire an event planner?
In short, because you already have a job and you like to get a normal amount of sleep.
